This notice explains how Doublespresso Consulting Pte. Ltd., Singapore handles personal information in connection with Make Room for Wonder.

Information and purposes

When you email us, request to join the Wonder list or book an event, we may receive your name, email address, message, registration responses and booking details. We use this information to respond to you, manage attendance and event communications, and send upcoming-lecture updates when you request them. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry.

The Wonder list

The current signup button opens a pre-filled email request. Clicking it alone does not subscribe you; you must send the email. We use your request to record your choice to receive lecture updates. You can withdraw that choice at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing the contact below. Withdrawing from updates does not cancel an existing event booking.

Ticketing, hosting and external links

Bookings and payments are handled by the ticketing platform you choose: Luma or Eventbrite. We do not collect payment-card details through this website. Platforms may share registration information with us for event administration and handle their own data under their privacy policies. Email, hosting and other service providers may process information needed to deliver their services, including outside Singapore.

The website does not currently include an organiser-added advertising pixel, analytics script or browser-based signup database. Hosting providers may process technical logs or cookies for delivery and security. Some images are loaded from institutional websites; opening those images or external links may disclose technical information, such as your IP address, to those services.

Photography

Event-specific notices will explain any planned photography or recording. Contact us about photography preferences or a published image that identifies you.

Protection and retention

We limit personal information to relevant event, communication and administrative purposes. Reasonable safeguards, appropriate service-provider arrangements and retention limited to business or legal needs are required under Singapore’s data-protection framework. Where data is transferred overseas, applicable protection requirements continue to apply.

Your requests and questions

You may contact us to withdraw mailing-list consent, request access to or correction of personal information, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
